Frequently asked questions

What access do you need to my Seller Central account?

For active campaign management, we request advertising-only access through Amazon's standard user permissions system. We do not need access to your financial settings, returns, or messaging unless specifically agreed for a related project.

Which marketplaces do you support?

We currently manage advertising for sellers on Amazon.com (US), Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, and Amazon.ae.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is a flat monthly management fee based on ad spend tier, agreed in writing before any work begins. There are no hidden percentage fees on top of your ad spend.

How do you handle our data?

Account and performance data is used only for managing and reporting on your advertising campaigns. We do not sell, share, or retain data beyond what's needed for the active engagement, and data is removed from our systems on request after an account is offboarded.
