Barda Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides Amazon advertising management services to sellers and vendors. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Services
We provide management of Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, along with related reporting and strategy consultation. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.
Account Access
Where our services require access to your Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account, you will grant access through Amazon's standard permission system, limited to the advertising functions required to perform the agreed services. You remain the account owner and may revoke access at any time.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to advertising accounts, catalog information, and any approvals needed to launch or modify campaigns
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, as advertising performance depends on product availability
- Review and approve budgets and campaign changes where required by the engagement terms
Fees and Payment
Management fees are agreed in writing prior to the start of any engagement and are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Advertising spend itself is billed directly by Amazon to the client's account and is separate from our management fee.
No Guarantee of Results
While we apply data-driven optimization practices, advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including marketplace competition, product reviews, pricing, and inventory availability. We do not guarantee specific sales, ACOS, or ranking outcomes.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, advertising account access granted to us will be revoked, and any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Barda Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including changes in advertising performance or Amazon account standing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
